Jessica Buddendijk

Jessica has been in the health sector since 1975. Since her arrival in New Zealand in 1986, she has been part of the aged care sector and with ARCH from 1990 while managing aged care facilities.

Jessica started developing a complete quality assurance package in 1991, which has been successfully used in the sector ever since. She became a lead auditor in 2002 and had audited many facilities throughout New Zealand for seven years.

Jessica has been on a number of committees representing the sector, and she has organised and presented many provider seminars during which her passion for and commitment to the sector is evident.
