Rhonda Sherriff

Rhonda is a registered nurse who currently works as the Southern Regional Manager for the Ultimate Care Group Ltd, overseeing the operation of all their South Island facilities as well as three in Wellington. She has considerable experience in management having worked in both the private sector and for a religious and welfare organisation for more than 15 years.

Rhonda has a strong interest in aged care and the welfare of both residents and staff. She has been involved at local levels on committees endeavouring to improve the industry's profile and looking at unique ways of improving the base workforce.
