This year’s conference focused on the ARC Service Review Report which will have a significant impact on the future of aged residential care businesses over the next 20 years. The Review was released in early September 2010. This conference gave delegates the opportunity to hear the research and outcomes from the Review authors Grant Thornton and NZIER. Conference also featured sessions on the UK model by Martin Green, Chief Executive, English Community Care Association, Geoff Henley, Network PR, Theresa MacKenzie, and Greg Knowles, KPMG.
