Warick has been Chief Executive of The Masonic Villages Trust since 2004. The Trust operates five Lower North Island care facilities in Lower Hutt, Levin, Marton, Palmerston North and Masterton. Each location has an aged residential facility and an associated retirement village.

Warick has spent most of his working life in the UK where he held a number of senior positions for commercial organisations providing support services to industry and the National Health Service.

Warick completed a Bachelor of Laws at Canterbury University before moving into the commercial sector.
