The following guidance is intended to assist NZACA members with managing visits at Alert Levels 2 and 3. At Level 2, family and non-essential visits are permitted. At Level 3, visits will only be permitted on compassionate grounds. In both cases, visits must be agreed with by the provider and visitors will be subject to a risk assessment screening. Should the requested visit go ahead, the time, frequency and length of visits may be restricted.
