Rabikah Begum joined the Aged Care Association as a Nursing Advisor and Educator in November 2024. She has an extensive background in aged care, clinical education, and infection control, with experience spanning New Zealand, Singapore, and Australia. Rabikah has contributed to initiatives in gerontology, nursing leadership, and healthcare compliance, including leading immunization and infection prevention programs.

Rabikah started her career as a Registered Nurse and has over a decade of experience in healthcare and aged care. Her passion lies in improving standards of care, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, and advocating for the well-being of older adults and people living with dementia.
